Exclusivity. Give me 1 week. I ask that you do not work with any other agents. Trust me, exclusivity is in YOUR best interest. You do not need to call 5 agents to see apartments. 5 different agents showing you 1-2 apartments each, are not doing their best job for you. Would you hire 5 people to cut your hair? 5 different people to paint your apartment? ‘Exclusivity means I will put in the time to do thorough work for you, but you must trust in my process.

The developers are a group of local Chicagoans whose projects span diverse asset types, including apartments, condos, retail, commercial, parking garages & mixed-use.

The developers have solicited and incorporated input from the neighborhood association and the Alderman to balance the needs of the local residents while respecting the site and its surroundings.
